Had only 4 pallets and it took them about 3 hours Came in at 08:00 for a 09:00 appointment cool they let me in an hour early most walmarts let you an hour early. Had only 4 pallets and it took them 3 hours (4 if you count the time I came in) was thinking that it would take 30 minutes at most but nope. Cant imagine what it’s like for a full truck load… No Overnight Parking.

Bad experience! Stupid rules, I came on time to my appointment, got a dock, parked. Then they told me they need to count the load and it takes a long time and they can't sign for the BOL till they don't count. They suggested to me to send the BOL by the mail when it's ready around 24-48 hrs. Then I waited for them 2.30 hours, then they call me and told the same ***.
