Overall rating
I saw that it read No Truck Parking but I figure I would take my chances anyway, especially because I really needed some things. I parked in the far left corner of the lot near the storage place and Kroger. I sat there for a while after getting my things and nobody bothered me at all. There are No Tractor Trailer Parking signs in the lot but I saw some other trucks parking here and it seems that nobody had an issue. A few eating places nearby within walking distance - Wendy’s Arby’s and there is a place called American Wing Express. I didn’t try them out.
So much has changed in 1.5 years. This went from being one of the worst Walmarts I’ve seen in the country to one of the best. Very well stocked, very well organized, re-paved the entire parking lot and a much friendlier staff. I parked overnight in the far corner furthest away from the store and nobody bothers me.
This is by far the saddest, most disorganized and messiest Walmart I have ever visited in North America. The pharmacy is by far the worst I have absolutely ever seen. The entire store from front to back lacks management and employee pride. They literally just throw things on the shelf including the pharmaceuticals which I find shocking. Good luck trying to find Tylenol or any specialty item in the food department. I have spoken to the manager personally at this location and she continually blames it on for employees. She states that no one in Columbus really wants to work and that’s her excuse for running this embarrassment of a store.
