By far the worst Walmart dc I’ve ever been to. Rude receiving clerks. Nasty people.

My experience with Walmart as a truck driver was extremely disappointing. There is a clear lack of respect for drivers, and some employees have a bad attitude that makes the entire process stressful and frustrating. The check-in process is overly complicated and inefficient. You must check in at the guard shack, park, then check in again at the office. After being assigned a door, you’re required to drop the trailer, lower the dolly, chock the wheels, disconnect, and take pictures of everything—then return to the office to show them. Even after following all instructions and providing clear photos, an employee claimed they were “not clear” and sent me back to retake them, forcing me to go back and forth multiple times in freezing weather. This felt unnecessary and showed no respect for a driver’s time or working conditions. To make matters worse, there is no proper truck parking and no reasonable unloading time. It can take 5–8 hours. Truck drivers are essential to Walmart’s operation and should be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Management seriously needs to address how drivers are treated at this location.
