didn't see a truck route sign, so I pulled around the left side of the store. Don't do that. it's very much possible to make the turn around the back end, however, when I did it there was a stack of pallets blocking me, I knocked on the receiving door and asked if I could use a pallet jack to move the pallets out of the way to complete my turn, and the lady that answered the receiving door was so upset that I would ask for a pallet jack and said "everyone knows to go around the other side of the building" I apologized and explained I didn't see a sign and that made her more upset. parking lot is very nice, plenty of space for everything, but be wary of the receiving lady if you've never been here. she's very temperamental.
