Spoke with Receiving manager. If you are delivering to their store, you may park in the back dock area. Very small area good for 1 Semi. You can only access to the back of the store off 13th Ave W. The Manager also stated that you can also park in the front but the parking area farthest towards 164th St SW. I would not suggest trying if you are pulling a trailer though as its almost impossible to turn around with grassy islands about 50 feet apart from each other throughout the entire parking lot. Bobtail would not be an issue.
