Stopped here to buy #1 and #2 diesel. After putting in #1, started fueling #2. 1gal/10 seconds. Very slow. After getting about out 2/3 full, all pumps shut off. (Found out later a girl accidentally hit the pump kill switch on her register touch screen. Why would you put a kill-switch on the touchscreen where it can be accidentally hit?) So now I'm trying to pay for the fuel with an TCH(efs) truck fuel card. 25 MINUTES LATER I finally get out of there. They tried to use the trendar terminal, no luck. They call the number on the back of the card to try to get an automated authorization. Guy does not know he needs to use ALL the numbers on the front of card and they have no idea what their location code number is.(untrained incompetence) I spent an hour trying to get a fuel card transaction approved at their store in Glyndon last Summer.( MORE untrained incompetence) I'm a regional truck. I buy 175 gallons of diesel twice a week in the fm area. I use their location in valley City regularly. Never have a problem buying fuel there. This is being posted to trucker path as well too.
