outside parking lot needs major work but shower was hot and staff very agreeable. recommend eating at waffle house next to McDonald's food was delicious and customer service was outstanding

The Arby’s in this location use to be good , just like many restaurants in truck stops .... after couple months they go to bad quality and service..., I paid 15.15$ for fries that tasted like old grease and were mushy like they been soaking in it , my beef gyro the pita bread was hard in some places and rubbering in . Other places I’m worried about eating my beef and cheddar , they didn’t ask me my name , and they were out of mozzarella sticks , and sprite , I’m a truck driver it’s very hard to find any decent restaurants because y’all hire people that don’t care , there’s 2 things that a driver wants when he stops good food and a hot clean shower or bathroom. We feel know one cares since 80% percent of customers are truckers it will be a while till we come back anyways . 99% of restaurants before they hit the truck stop world was good and some that free stand are still good ..... it’s getting to point if it’s in a truckstop don’t eat it....... clerk 1773 took my order can’t even give a star
