Few place

This is, without question, the worst Pilot I have ever been to. The place is filthy, the staff is useless, and the level of incompetence here is unbelievable. I paid for a shower like I always do. When I showed up, someone else was already inside using it on my payment. When I talked to the manager, all she said was: “We can’t do anything, just book another one.” So basically, they screw up — and I’m supposed to pay twice. Pathetic. But that’s not even the main problem. My tarps were stolen right from the parking lot. The so-called security guard, who spends his shift doing absolutely nothing, told me to “go talk to the manager.” The manager then said: “We can’t help you. We don’t have cameras.” A truck stop without cameras, without security, without responsibility — this place is a joke. They don’t respect drivers, they don’t value our time, and they definitely don’t care about our safety or our property. To every driver who works hard for a living: Avoid this dump at all costs. This is the most miserable, disorganized, and unprofessional truck stop I’ve ever seen.
