Miserable group of employees here, fat guy with short black hair is incompetent. Took 5 hours to pull into the shop, and two hours for a basic service. All I got was oil change, replace one radiator hose that I brought the part for, radiator flush, alignment. They forgot to tighten the radiator cap, radiator cap popped off and started leaking fluid engine overheated. 1 quart low on oil. Blown, crack engine once I got towed to a proper real shop. Been stuck here for over a week. Got a quote for over seventeen thousand dollars to repair and replace broken and blown parts on half the engine.. due to engine overheating. You would assume when you take your vehicle to the shop, you would not have to do a thorough inspection after leaving the shop of everything they just repaired. You would think the vehicle would be roadworthy after leaving a repair shop. Still trying to get this situation resolved months later.
