They were charging me $75.00 dollars for each truck shocks to replace them; the lady told me that the technicians will take 30 minutes on each shock 😵💫 in what world these jokers live 🤡👎🏽

I put 2 new Firestones for my steer. They said they cannot balance it because the *** is bad. It was 14 ounces off. But I knew it was fine, I decided to double check in a different shop. Then I bought a new *** just in case. Then, after installing on the new ***, the tire was still 14oz off! So after figuring out what they should half on the first place ran half the country to find that same tire in another southern tire mart. They called el Paso, and nobody would reimburse. They offered to put new tire and send that one to manufacturer for a refund. Now Firestone says it's not their fault, I *** it up! Unbelievable. No more business from me for any of them!
