so I'm on a 34 and I've needed a new steer tire for a little while now due to a bad shock. I tried calling the number but the recording said they were closed but everything else said they were open till noon. I pulled up without an appointment and talk to the guy up front, and he told me he would get me in for a new tire in about 30 to 45 minutes. it took about an hour, but I have nothing better to do since I'm here for another two nights so I just hung out until I got the phone call. the tech was pretty chill, older guy, and I sat in my truck while they changed my tire. it only took about 30 minutes. they got me in and out and taken care of, and the guy even helped me out a little bit with my bill! they even have full service/pm service for a really good price and they do offer 24-hour emergency breakdown help. I'm not too sure about the other services they provide. Thank you goodyear! I wish all goodyear commercial tires had the same ethics as you do!
