Lube side not properly staffed! I should have stayed in line at Speedco next door. There was a trk in the bay and 1 waiting at Speedco so I call the# on billboard at STM. The lady said she could get in 30 to45min so I came over..2 and a half hrs later they call me in..I already left..they had 1 50yo guy doing the oil chg and lube all by himself. seen 2 other techs I guess on break. if you have a half a day to kill and don't have to pu a load go for it but don't trust them when they say "come on over, we'll get you in quicker because it's not gonna happen!
