I needed to park for a couple hours. So, I parked on the side of the road because I didn't need overnight parking. The "guard" came knocking with his badge out telling me that I can't park there, that they own the entire road. I told him that he's not a cop, that he doesn't own the roadway, and he can't tell me to leave. I told him that I'll move when a cop tells me that I have to move. Well, he must have friends in the department because a cop showed up before he even hung up the phone. I believe that he called the cop directly... very strange! The parking is definitely a last resort kind of place: dirty, a lot of potholes, no facilities. I wouldn't pay $15/night for this ***.
