good luck using the app in a dead zone with no cell service. What u gotta do is open the app & get itvall ready. don't submit until you're within 0.3 mile at a speed of no less than 88 mph. then hit submit & aim straight for the gate. maintain 88mph. by the time you get there, one way or another, the gate will be gone.

I park here whenever I'm home. Shares property with a JB Hunt intermodal terminal. Gate locks after hours and easy to access through their app. T-mobile and Verizon service is worst. like nonexistent. usually some spots for overnight.
