Always has parking. Fenced in lot. $15 a night. gate has a key pad they send you a code to open. Very large lot with lots of room to park. some grass for walking dogs. There are flood lights on on side so some lighting. No bathroom unfortunately but otherwise good experience considering there ain't no parking to be found on 44 after 8pm it seems. Don't listen to drivers reporting it full. Its just the flipflop warriors who can't afford $15 marking it full.
