Definitely not a parking lot.. Very friendly guard at the entrance. I arrived two hours early for a 0600 appointment, and I was put into a door right away to wait until they opened. It's blindside backing, but not so bad if you're early. They seem to put trucks in doors starting from the bottom of the lot to the top, so you'll have plenty of room behind you.
