This is a new favorite spot of mine. Not sure about 10 trucks but definitely parking for 6 trucks without disturbing the huddle houses parking for their customers. Be respectful and keep it clean.

LunaRider you are wrong, this parking lot is for Huddle House, not Cookout, Cookout is across the street, this lot is directly behind Huddle House, are you blind? Are you sure you should be driving that 18 wheeler? Anyways, this is the best place to park a truck in Dillon, only me and one other tanker in here last night for our 10. Could easily fit 10 trucks in here if you Yahoos would know how to park. Soooo many food options within walking distance if that's your thing. Nice and quiet.

Enough space for about 2-4 trucks, no one really knows about this spot. Got here at 1:14am and it’s empty.
