This place is great! Very nice lot, showers and not a place when you wake up there will be tons of creative Parker’s blocking up everywhere! Thank you guys for having this! Now when I’m in Dallas this will be my go to stop. I don’t mind one bit paying for this! If your one of those POS truckers trashing places up ! Stay away from this place! Don’t mess it up! We should be grateful for places like this.

To the guy that left one star, first of all it's not $35 to park. You can pay by the hour, up to 12 hours or by the day. It's like $22.50 for 24 hours, they have free laundry, free showers, super clean. Always friendly people working, secure, and a safe place to stay on Dallas area. Apparently you just need to cry about something! And no they didn't pay me to leave a good review. I absolutely love this place genuinely!

Absolutely the only place I stay in Dallas. Secure parking, always clean, people are very friendly. Free showers, free laundry, you can't get that anywhere else. Plenty of room. Matter of fact, I'm a driver trainer and I have been using this lot to teach and let my trainees practice backing. Amazing place!!!!
