Overall rating
This is a small, tight location with an awkward approach coming in, so pay attention when entering. Parking is limited, although there were plenty of spaces available during my visit. The area was quiet, making it a decent option for a break or reset if you’re able to secure a spot. Fuel was a plus with the WEX discount at $5.596/gal. Without the discount, it was much more expensive at $6.289/gal, so the WEX savings made a noticeable difference. I stopped inside for snacks & found the store clean with nice employees. There is also truck repair available in the parking lot. Food is extremely close. Taco Bell is so close it practically feels on-site, with a motel next to it & McDonald’s is across the street. Nothing fancy, but between the quiet surroundings, discounted fuel, nearby food, clean store, and truck repair, it’s a decent place for a break or reset when parking is available. ❤️ If these reviews, photos or videos helped you find cheaper fuel, parking, docks, check-in locations, or avoid delays, show some love with a like so I can keep posting useful updates for all my fellow semi-pro drivers. Stay safe, stay alert, and keep rolling. ⚠️Disclaimer: Reviews are based on my firsthand experience at the time of my visit.
The only downside to this Loves is that they Do Not Have a CAT Scale. Other than that the inside is very well stocked and very good selection of roller grill items and a subway
The store itself is clean, staff is nice, and showers are great. Subway inside, with a McDonalds and Taco Bell within walking distance. The biggest issue by far is how small the lot is. Very few parking spots, and only 4 pumps. There’s a reason local drivers call this the Ozark Gamble. You can either get in and out very fast or painfully slow. I’ve seen trucks parked in the middle of the road waiting to get in here. Also, make sure you know how to enter this place. Too many times I’ll see somebody turn onto Airport Rd, realize they missed the entrance off that road, and either back up or have to use a turnaround spot. You can take the entrance off 219, don’t be afraid to make a 4 wheeler back up if they want to exit through the entrance. Personally, I’d recommend going to Workman’s off exit 35. If you have to go to Loves, Clarksville or Rudy is gonna be your best bet.
