Overall rating
Parking is horrible here. Management does not try to fix the constant self create spots that cause high congestion
It appears that another Pilot/Flying J location is not adhering to its reserve parking policies, especially during nighttime hours when parking is in high demand. This disregard for the rules creates unnecessary congestion and frustration for those who have paid for the service. The intention behind reserved parking is to guarantee that designated spaces remain accessible for drivers who have paid for a spot to park. If these policies are not adequately enforced, it could potentially lead to inconvenience and/or safety issues, such as arriving to the location, expecting to park in that area but can't and now out of hours to drive. The lack of policy enforcement undermines the intended function of reserved parking. As more inconsiderate drivers become aware of this lax of enforcement, more of these selfish individuals will exploit the situation. While receiving a refund is no hassle it doesn't solve the problem of needing a space especially when you're out of hours to drive. It appears that the initial and continued implementation of this policy lacked sufficient planning regarding the enforcement of its Prime Parking policy.
So many *** parked creative you can't even pull up to the line.
