⭐ WARNING TO ALL TRUCK DRIVERS — AVOID THIS PLACE! I brought my truck here for a preventive maintenance (PM) service, expecting professional work. Instead, they installed the WRONG FILTER, and the result was a breakdown on the highway. Because of their mistake, my truck broke down while I was on the road, leaving me dealing with a stressful and potentially dangerous situation. I had to pay additional repair costs out of my own pocket because of their careless work. I run a trucking business, and my truck is how I make my living. Every hour my truck is down costs me money. Not only did I have to pay for repairs, but I also lost valuable time because of a mistake that should NEVER have happened in the first place. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsibility. When a truck driver pays for a PM service, the bare minimum expectation is that the shop installs the correct parts and does the job properly. The worst part is that a mistake like this can put a driver’s safety and the safety of others on the highway at risk. I paid them to maintain my truck, not to create a bigger and more expensive problem. Other truck drivers should think twice before trusting this shop with their equipment. I expect this business to take responsibility for its mistake and the additional costs it caused me. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
