Small and half is paid parking 🙄 ATM’s are useless, they take forever to connect and eventually time out *** subway and usual other crap at pilots 👎👎👎

From a truck driver’s perspective, this location is frustrating and poorly managed. Vehicles are parked or blocking access throughout the property, leaving very little room to maneuver safely. The food service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. Even arriving at McDonald’s right when they open, the staff seem irritated and inconvenienced simply by having customers. For a location that serves truck drivers, accessibility, efficiency, and basic customer service should be priorities. Unfortunately, this place falls short in all three areas. I would strongly recommend avoiding it if possible. **This is a fuel-and-go location at best.**

As of 10/20/26 @ 0625, there are no showers available. Apparently something is wrong with the pipes. :-/. Seems to be a recurring issue with some Pilot stores.
