Overall rating
Places, like this, should not be allowed to get away with their shady business. Me and, at least, five other truckers had the police called on us, because we didn't want to move out of our "paid parking" spots, even though those spots weren't marked as paid spots. Mind you, they only have certain spots marked as Prime Parking, just not the spots (and many others they pointed out) that we were parked in. How are drivers supposed to know that the spot they're parking in is a paid parking spot if it's not marked. If you know that you have paid parking spots that are not marked, you should have people outside all day to notify the driver's that they're parking in paid spots, so that those drivers can make their plans before it gets too late, but you don't want to do that, because you know that, pretty much every driver would just leave that unmarked paid spot if you notify them about it early enough. They waited until after 6 pm to tell us that we need to pay, leave, or risk being towed, but they can get away with this shady business behind the fact that it's "private property." Truck drivers know how tough it is to try to find somewhere to park after 6. It's just a messed up way to try squeeze money out of the drivers, because they know that if they wait until late to notify drivers that they're in a, so called, "paid parking spot," many drivers would just pay the fee, because they don't want to deal with the hassle of trying to go find, elsewhere, to park. As if truck driving isn't already dangerous and stressful enough; you shady people that try to get over and take advantage of drivers.
It was nice to be able to get a shower the water was a bit on the cold side for mt liking, and this isn't the first time I have had a relatively colder shower at Pilot. They need to make sure that the temperature is quite a bit higher than what it is. I like to get showers where I can actually get my body clean, because colder juat doesn't cut it. They need to turn up the temperature on the water heaters there to somewhere between 150 and 180 to make the showers a bit more tolerable.
its a bad place to get in and out of its a *** hole
