Was taking a shower and less than 15min go by and the door just opens. NO KNOCK NO ANNOUNCEMENT NO NOTHING. Still hadn’t completed the 15min timeout so that if you leave it marks for cleaning. And when brought up to management all it was was excuses how the system is weird and if I leave it does that……I didn’t leave I was in there for less than 15min before the timeout for leaving and going back ends. After raising he’ll just get told “sorry” not I’ll bring it up to staff not anything. Thank god I’m a vocal guy and can yell god forbid it’s a my gf, another woman, or a child they’d have have cops called.

road service is a joke. I don't think anyone in the shop wants to work, just collect a check. I was told for the second time 8 hours ago that a technician was on his way. I still have not heard from the technician, and so far, I'm still waiting over 12 hours now for road service.
