Love’s has always been one of my favorite truck stops, which makes this experience especially disappointing. ⚠️Serious cleanliness concern in the showers! I found multiple worm-like organisms in the shower area. This is absolutely unacceptable for a facility where truck drivers come to shower and maintain personal hygiene. I took photos of what I found. I don’t know exactly what these organisms are or where they came from, but finding multiple of them in a shower raises serious concerns about sanitation. They could potentially be coming from the drainage system, and the situation needs to be investigated. I have always liked Love’s and preferred stopping at their locations, but this experience was extremely disturbing. Please inspect the plumbing, thoroughly sanitize the showers, and address this issue immediately. Fellow truckers, please be aware and check your shower before using it. I hope Love’s management takes this seriously because drivers deserve clean and sanitary facilities.
