Tried to sign up for a shower inside and was told "No showers, the Pilot System is down." Then I asked about paying cash. "That will be $20." Go to tap my credit card and the screen says to scan my Pilot rewards card, so the Pilot System obviously wasn't down. The cashier then quickly hit some buttons to clear it off of the screen. Then she says "There's 8 people ahead of you.", so I said nevermind. I'm calling *** that 8 people paid for a $20 shower after being told they couldn't use their points. The unmotivated *** behind the counter didn't want to clean. If you don't like your job, do something else instead of punishing truckers .
