James was very nice and professional. However that lady name Gina or Regina is a very *** compulsive liar. It's was her and James in the store she lies and say she's by herself in order to not clear showers. I reserved a shower waited over a hour and it was canceled out, so I tried it again and walked in this time. She asked are you waiting on a shower I said yes me and two other gentlemen were, she said I'm here by myself I'm not cleaning showers. Find another line of work if you're going to be ***.
