Overall rating
Excellent
Very disappointed with the customer service at TA Aurora #56 on October 2, 2026, at approximately 3:40 PM. I came into the truck parts and maintenance store to purchase several items. I waited at the register for about 15 minutes before the employee came over. Even after she arrived, she completely ignored me and continued doing her own work while I stood there waiting. By that point, approximately 20 minutes had passed, and there were already two other customers waiting behind me. I politely asked her if she could please ring up my items. Instead of helping me, she responded extremely rudely and disrespectfully. She used inappropriate and insulting language toward me. At the end, she even took the items I was trying to purchase away from me while continuing to speak to me disrespectfully. I have been to many TA locations, and I understand that employees can be busy, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer this way. Customers’ time should be respected, and basic courtesy should be expected from someone working at the counter. I strongly recommend that management review what happened at the parts counter around 3:40 PM on October 2, 2026, and address this employee’s behavior. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on TA.
Your shower credit will fall off if you don’t use them 24 hour that’s a new *** policy from TA truckstop
