very clean very professional staff. half the lot empty at night on a Jan weekend. showers run out of warm water after 3 mins and it is never hot. first night it was around 31 degrees outside and shower 3 was barely useable for a rinse. the next night was 45 out and it was better for all of 3 minutes. I don't think the plumbing was designed with these temps in mind. building was warm inside though and the showers were very clean and no wait, I do appreciate that. the tent across the street with the food trucks is garbage stick to the trailers and trucks. remember there's pilot next door too.
