Worst customer service ever! Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I came here last night for a tire service. They told me I was the first customer in line and promised to call me at 11:00 PM. I waited up all night, and they finally called me at 12:45 AM. This morning, I showed up again. The shop is supposed to open at 6:00 AM, and once again, they told me I was the first customer. Yet, they refused to take my truck in until 8:30 AM. When you confront the staff about the delays, their attitude is disgusting. They are extremely rude and talk to customers with a "take it or leave it, I don't care, I get paid by the hour anyway" attitude. They have zero respect for drivers' time or ELD logs. They are doing a massive disservice to the owner of this business by chasing customers away with this horrible service. Avoid this Love's Truck Care location if you value your time and sanity. 1 star is even too much for them!
