65.00 for washout and they don't use a pressure washer or soap. guy let the hose sit in the floor channel and didn't rinse under it leaving debris in my floor. definitely recommend finding a better place.

Don’t come here for a washout they charged me $60 just to use a big hose to hose the trailer down only some of the debris came out dirt was still there. New management now and not good don’t go by old reviews.
