Worse blue beacon I’ve ever been too. Long line because they move slow. Then I pulled into a bay after being waved in and a blonde manager with a pube beard walked up to me and said I should’ve waited for him to wave me in. I told him that a guy in glasses waved me in. To which he just started explaining why I need to wait to be waved in. I told him yeah fine sure but I got waved in so you need to communicate with them, not me. Waving your hand forward is a universal sign of move forward. I believe he was new and no one respected his authority which is why he felt the need to grill a customer that just did as he was told by said managers employees. After I went inside this manager told me they were transitioning shifts and to give him a second. He proceeds to fumble around with the machine for 5 minutes before going to get another manager, who then knows the problem and gets another manager. I wait another 10 minutes for this third manager to fix it. Then the guy that waved me in tells me I need to pull my truck forward and park it outside the doors and come back in to pay. So I do that. Then blonde pube beard manager finally takes down my payment information but it declines, he tries again and it declines. He asks me for the information again only for me to learn he absolutely butchered what I told him. He corrects it and it goes through. Then he pulls out the receipt, puts it behind his drawer and just walks away. Doesn’t even hand me my receipt which I needed for my next load in order to pick it up. Then I glance at a girl that was working next to him and she just walks over and hands me my receipt with a look that said, sorry about that guy. I then head back to my truck. And the washout was a bad job and the tractor was subpar. So I just drove to another washout place nearby so they could do a proper job. In total it took 1 hour and 37 minutes from the time I arrived to when I got washed out. I’d say go to any place else, and demote that manager, he is not good
