Came in around 4am for truck, trailer, and washout. Only 3 workers were here so a bit of a wait which was okay to me, my appointment at shipper (29 miles away) isn't until 11am. Guys were nice, but tired. They were ready for end of shift I could tell. Restrooms (specifically toilets & urinals) needed cleaning/scrubbing.

Absolutely terrible wash. In 15 years of driving, this was by far the worst truck wash I’ve ever experienced. Both the truck and trailer were left filthy, with multiple areas clearly not washed. I pointed out the missed spots, and they refused to fix them. Paying for a wash like this is a complete waste of money. Extremely poor service — I will never come back.
