Hit or miss. Walmart is not too blame on this, it's the lame owner company. I've tried to stay twice - free first was no problem. Today, security came by and kicked out 4 of us. He was pile, acknowledging that I had just been shopping, and said that as long as no one comes by, they don't care. But... That's not the case today. Look on the maps for the exhaust place just West (one block over) and there's parking there. Security also said the Job Lot is a safe place to park as well
