All the spots are open and it's nice and quiet

Like others have said, the truck parking is now used for storage in form or fenced off shipping containers. There are two full length spots remaining but it’s tight. There appears to be street parking nearby, but I’m not certain about what’s legal. There’s a 20 foot trailer nearby with the ball still connected to a dangling hitch, lol, so probably stolen and dropped on the street. I’m guessing this isn’t the most upstanding neighborhood. Could be worse and plenty of stuff around.

Walmart under construction. Using most of truck parking to store ***. Only 2 truck spots. Both full at this time.
