Where Fleet Complete sits now

Fleet Complete Is Powerfleet

Fleet Complete now trades as Powerfleet, and its own site carries the name as "Powerfleet (formerly Fleet Complete)". The same company also publishes BigRoad, which appears separately in the connect list, so a fleet may hold one contract and two product names.

  • One company, two names in the list

    Fleet Complete and BigRoad both appear in the connect list, and Powerfleet publishes both. Pick the one your sign-in belongs to.

  • Compliance and video stay put

    Powerfleet describes tracking hours of service, managing documentation and AI-powered dash cameras as its own platform. The connection does not touch any of it.

  • What gets added is the route

    Height, weight, length and axle count per truck, so a restriction is handled before the driver reaches it.

Before you start

The Fleet Complete entry asks for four things, not a single sign-in. Two of them are simply your carrier number and your email; the rest come from the account you already hold.

    Fill the Form Once

    Start your Trucker Path for Fleets trial, open Connect Account in Settings and choose Fleet Complete. Enter the DOT/MC, Email, Username and Password listed above. Drivers and their hours of service come across on their own. Nothing is installed, and your existing hardware is not touched.

  2. 02Plan

    Plan Around Real Hours

    Routes are built from your truck profiles and each driver’s remaining hours, read live out of the Powerfleet platform rather than re-keyed from a report.

  3. 03Dispatch

    Dispatch to the Driver App

    Send the route from the dashboard to the driver app in one tap. The name on the contract does not change what the driver sees: turn-by-turn directions, on the phone they already carry.

FAQ

Does connecting Trucker Path for Fleets replace my Fleet Complete subscription?

No. It is an add-on, not a replacement. the Powerfleet platform stays your system of record for hours of service, compliance and driver scoring. Trucker Path adds truck-safe routing and dispatch beside it.

Is the Fleet Complete integration free?

Connecting Fleet Complete costs nothing extra. Trucker Path for Fleets itself is a paid subscription and starts with a 7-day free trial, which needs a credit card to begin.

Is Fleet Complete the same as Powerfleet?

Yes. The company’s own site reads "Powerfleet (formerly Fleet Complete)". Your Fleet Complete sign-in is unchanged.

We use BigRoad. Do we pick Fleet Complete?

No. BigRoad has its own entry in the connect list even though Powerfleet publishes both. Pick the one your account was created under.

Our invoice says Powerfleet but our login says Fleet Complete.

Both are the same company. Pick Fleet Complete in the connect list, which is where your sign-in belongs.

Can we connect Fleet Complete and BigRoad at the same time?

Each is its own entry. If your trucks are split across both accounts, connect the one that holds the drivers you want routed first, and talk to us before adding the second.

Who needs to be involved to connect?

Anyone holding a working Fleet Complete sign-in and your carrier number. No key to request, and no approval to wait on.
