Two Geotab entries
Why AT&T Geotab Is Its Own Entry
Geotab reaches fleets two ways. In Geotab’s own words, partners can "whitelabel, resell, or take advantage of Geotab’s global Reseller network". That is why the connect list carries a native Geotab entry and this AT&T-branded one separately, and why this form asks for more than the native one.
Your Geotab values, plus your carrier details
This form asks for the database and server that identify your Geotab account, and for the DOT or MC number and sign-in that the connection is registered under.
Nothing changes in Geotab
Your GO devices, logs and driver settings stay exactly as they are. Trucker Path reads hours of service and never writes back.
What gets added is the route
Truck-safe routing built on the rig, with toll cost visible before the trip is dispatched.
SyncedBefore you start
The Six Fields Geotab from AT&T Asks For
The Geotab from AT&T entry asks for six things, not a single sign-in. Two of them are simply your carrier number and your email; the rest come from the account you already hold.
How it connects
How the Geotab from AT&T Connection Works
- 01Connect
Fill the Form Once
Start your Trucker Path for Fleets trial, open Connect Account in Settings and choose Geotab from AT&T. Enter the DOT/MC, Email, Database, Server, Username and Password listed above. Drivers and their hours of service come across on their own. Nothing is installed, and your GO devices is not touched.
- 02Plan
Plan Around Real Hours
Routes are built from your truck profiles and each driver’s remaining hours, read live out of MyGeotab rather than re-keyed from a report.
- 03Dispatch
Dispatch to the Driver App
Send the route from the dashboard to the driver app in one tap. The name on the contract does not change what the driver sees: turn-by-turn directions, on the phone they already carry.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Does connecting Trucker Path for Fleets replace my Geotab from AT&T subscription?
No. It is an add-on, not a replacement. MyGeotab stays your system of record for hours of service, compliance and driver scoring. Trucker Path adds truck-safe routing and dispatch beside it.
Is the Geotab from AT&T integration free?
Connecting Geotab from AT&T costs nothing extra. Trucker Path for Fleets itself is a paid subscription and starts with a 7-day free trial, which needs a credit card to begin.
My Geotab came from AT&T. Which entry do I use?
This one. The connect list carries the AT&T-branded Geotab separately from the native Geotab integration, and the two ask for different details.
Where do I find my database and server?
Geotab documents its address structure as https://<serverName>/<databaseName>/#<page>, so both sit in the Geotab address bar while an administrator is signed in. Geotab also notes that spaces in a database name "are replaced with underscore characters (_)".
Will the native Geotab entry work instead?
Use the AT&T-branded entry if that is how your Geotab was sold to you. The two entries ask for different details.
Does AT&T need to approve this?
The form is filled in on our side with details you already hold. There is no marketplace request to submit.
Who needs to be involved to connect?
Anyone holding a working Geotab from AT&T sign-in and your carrier number. No key to request, and no approval to wait on.
