The Six Fields ISAAC Instruments Asks For
The ISAAC Instruments entry asks for six things, not a single sign-in. Two of them are simply your carrier number and your email; the rest come from the account you already hold.
How it connects
How the ISAAC Instruments Connection Works
- 01Connect
Connect the Trucks That Need It
Start your Trucker Path for Fleets trial, open Connect Account in Settings and choose ISAAC Instruments. Enter the DOT/MC, Email, Scope, Username, Password and API Key listed above. Drivers and their hours of service come across on their own. Nothing is installed, and the rugged tablet and gateway is not touched.
- 02Plan
Plan Around Real Hours
Routes are built from your truck profiles and each driver’s remaining hours, read live out of the ISAAC platform rather than re-keyed from a report.
- 03Dispatch
Dispatch to the Driver App
Send the route from the dashboard to the driver app in one tap. Only the trucks you connected are affected; everything else on the account carries on untouched.
What ISAAC covers
An Integrated Cab, Left Intact
ISAAC describes its hardware as a fully integrated ecosystem combining rugged tablets, the communication gateway and the ISAAC InView camera into one managed platform, with predictive workflows guiding drivers step by step. Connecting Trucker Path does not open that up or change what the driver sees in ISAAC.
The ISAAC cab stays as built
Rugged tablet, gateway and camera keep working as one managed platform. The connection reads data and writes nothing back.
Routing comes from the truck profile
Height, weight, length and axle count per truck, rather than a generic map.
One set of clocks
The hours a dispatcher plans against are the ones ISAAC is recording.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Does connecting Trucker Path for Fleets replace my ISAAC Instruments subscription?
No. It is an add-on, not a replacement. the ISAAC platform stays your system of record for hours of service, compliance and driver scoring. Trucker Path adds truck-safe routing and dispatch beside it.
Is the ISAAC Instruments integration free?
Connecting ISAAC Instruments costs nothing extra. Trucker Path for Fleets itself is a paid subscription and starts with a 7-day free trial, which needs a credit card to begin.
Does this add another screen in the cab?
The route lands in the Trucker Path app the driver already uses on their phone. ISAAC’s in-cab workflow is unchanged.
Does connecting change our ISAAC hardware setup?
No. ISAAC stays your system of record for hours of service and compliance.
Will drivers have to learn a second workflow?
The ISAAC in-cab workflow does not change. The route arrives in the Trucker Path app on the phone drivers already carry.
Does this touch the ISAAC InView camera?
No. The camera, the tablet and the gateway keep running as ISAAC manages them.
Who needs to be involved to connect?
Someone who can generate an API key inside ISAAC Instruments. Keys are usually restricted to administrators, so if that is not you, that is the one person to ask.
