Telogis Is Verizon Connect

Verizon Connect states it plainly on its own site: "Telogis has become Verizon Connect." The platform description that follows is a fleet management platform for monitoring a fleet in near-real time, optimizing routes and helping reduce fuel consumption. A fleet that signed with Telogis is on Verizon Connect today.

  • The account carried over

    Telogis customers were moved to Verizon Connect, so the sign-in you already use is the one the connection reads.

  • Compliance stays where it is

    Verizon Connect describes its platform as simplifying and automating compliance work, including driving hours and inspections. None of that moves.

  • What gets added is the road

    A route built on the rig rather than a car map, and toll cost visible before dispatch.

Before you start

The Telogis entry asks for four things, not a single sign-in. Two of them are simply your carrier number and your email; the rest come from the account you already hold.

    Fill the Form Once

    Start your Trucker Path for Fleets trial, open Connect Account in Settings and choose Telogis. Enter the DOT/MC, Email, Username and Password listed above. Drivers and their hours of service come across on their own. Nothing is installed, and your existing hardware is not touched.

    Plan Around Real Hours

    Routes are built from your truck profiles and each driver’s remaining hours, read live out of Verizon Connect rather than re-keyed from a report.

  3. 03Dispatch

    Dispatch to the Driver App

    Send the route from the dashboard to the driver app in one tap. The name on the contract does not change what the driver sees: turn-by-turn directions, on the phone they already carry.

FAQ

Does connecting Trucker Path for Fleets replace my Telogis subscription?

No. It is an add-on, not a replacement. Verizon Connect stays your system of record for hours of service, compliance and driver scoring. Trucker Path adds truck-safe routing and dispatch beside it.

Is the Telogis integration free?

Connecting Telogis costs nothing extra. Trucker Path for Fleets itself is a paid subscription and starts with a 7-day free trial, which needs a credit card to begin.

Is Telogis still a separate product?

No. Verizon Connect states on its own site that "Telogis has become Verizon Connect." Your account and data moved with the name.

Should I connect Telogis or Verizon?

Use the entry that matches the sign-in you actually hold. Both are in the list, and the connect panel asks for the same four details either way.

Our logins still go to a Telogis address. Is that a problem?

No. Use the sign-in you actually hold. Verizon Connect moved the Telogis product under its own name and the account carried over.

We were told Telogis is being retired. Should we wait?

You do not need to. The connection reads the account you hold today, and it takes four details to set up.

Who needs to be involved to connect?

Anyone holding a working Telogis sign-in and your carrier number. No key to request, and no approval to wait on.
