The Paperwork Side Stays With Transflo

Transflo describes Mobile+ as consolidating load management, document scanning, hours of service, messaging and navigation into one driver app, with electronic bills of lading signed in-app and returned as proof of delivery. The document workflow is the part fleets buy it for, and none of it moves.

    Document capture, the electronic bill of lading and proof of delivery keep running in Transflo exactly as they do now.

    Fill the Form Once, Touch Nothing in the Cab

    Start your Trucker Path for Fleets trial, open Connect Account in Settings and choose Transflo. Enter the DOT/MC, Email, Username and Password listed above. Drivers and their hours of service come across on their own. Nothing is installed, and Transflo Mobile+ is not touched.

    Plan Around Real Hours

    Routes are built from your truck profiles and each driver’s remaining hours, read live out of Transflo rather than re-keyed from a report.

  3. 03Dispatch

    Dispatch to the Driver App

    Send the route from the dashboard to the driver app in one tap. Nothing is reconfigured in the cab, and live position stays visible in both systems.

Before you start

The Transflo entry asks for four things, not a single sign-in. Two of them are simply your carrier number and your email; the rest come from the account you already hold.

FAQ

Does connecting Trucker Path for Fleets replace my Transflo subscription?

No. It is an add-on, not a replacement. Transflo stays your system of record for hours of service, compliance and driver scoring. Trucker Path adds truck-safe routing and dispatch beside it.

Is the Transflo integration free?

Connecting Transflo costs nothing extra. Trucker Path for Fleets itself is a paid subscription and starts with a 7-day free trial, which needs a credit card to begin.

Does this change how drivers scan documents?

No. Document capture and the eBOL workflow stay in Transflo.

Transflo already has navigation. Why connect?

Transflo’s own description pairs its app with routing software. This connection is that pairing: the route is planned on each truck’s height, weight, length and axle count.

Will this interfere with eBOL and proof of delivery?

No. Document capture, the electronic bill of lading and proof of delivery stay in Transflo.

Drivers already have Transflo Mobile+. Is another app a problem?

Drivers keep Transflo for documents and duty status. The route opens in the Trucker Path app, which most drivers already have on their phone.

Who needs to be involved to connect?

Anyone holding a working Transflo sign-in and your carrier number. No key to request, and no approval to wait on.
