Does connecting Trucker Path for Fleets replace my TX ELD subscription?
No. It is an add-on, not a replacement. TX ELD stays your system of record for hours of service, compliance and driver scoring. Trucker Path adds truck-safe routing and dispatch beside it.
Is the TX ELD integration free?
Connecting TX ELD costs nothing extra. Trucker Path for Fleets itself is a paid subscription and starts with a 7-day free trial, which needs a credit card to begin.
Where do I get the API token?
From your TX ELD account. The connect panel for TX ELD does not carry a help link yet, so contact our team and we will point you at the right screen.
Is there anything else on the form?
No. TX ELD is one of the few entries that asks for a single API token and nothing else, so there is no carrier number or username to look up.
What happens if the token stops working?
Generate a new one in your TX ELD account and paste it again in Settings. Nothing on the Trucker Path side has to be rebuilt.
Who needs to be involved to connect?
Whoever can reach the API token in your TX ELD account. There is nothing to request from us first.
