Customer service is horrible, there is not even a “hi, what can we help you with”. It is $150.00 an hour mechanic’s fee, not even big companies charge you that much. They told us that they had parts to get trucking rolling, but guess what…. No they didn’t. Good luck.

just need to be topped off with transmission fluid and I went to the shop.... 125.00 an hour 2 hour minimum plus fluid. Tech said... owner said 125 an hour plus fluid on my way out....told owner Petro was 102.75 total and took 15 minutes and that was outside Chicago Told me he has 6 million in insurance year, smiled and told him have a nice day. definitely will not be using these guys for anything...
