The worst service imaginable. I came to have a nail removed from my trailer tire. The guys spent the first two hours trying to fix it, but then a mechanic came and said they'd only change the tire because it couldn't be fixed. I had a new trailer with brand-new wheels, and they couldn't just remove a nail. I agreed and told them to use the spare tire, even though the guys were hoping I'd buy a new one at a service center three miles away. I also asked them to put my old tire in the spare tire spot. The mechanic initially agreed, but after I checked their work, I discovered the tire wasn't there. I asked why they hadn't put my old tire back, to which the mechanic replied that it wasn't his job and he wouldn't do it. I grabbed some gloves and placed the tire under my trailer myself, watching the mechanic's disgruntled expression. Apparently, he was counting on me not taking the tire myself and leaving it with them, and after I left, they would fix it and sell it for $300. Let me remind you, I had a brand new trailer, with brand new wheels. I also recommend you train your mechanics to use a computer; at the end of 2025, it took them 40 minutes to process an EFS check transaction!
