  I got here to fix the air leak on my truck, the manager said we will fix it for you its gonna be $700 including oil change I said ok that’s fine but when the changed the oil and couldn’t fix the air leak issue and came up with a $800 Invoice, people please stop bringing your trucks here for repair or anything else, they are robbing you off . What a shame if you can’t fix the issue at least don’t charge people this business should be out of service .

  I came here for truck repairs, but unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. The guys working at the front counter/shop area were very rude and did not know how to speak respectfully with customers. Everyone can have a busy or stressful day, but customers still deserve basic courtesy and professionalism. The repair service itself may be one thing, but the way customers are treated at the front counter makes a big difference. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer-service training to the staff. Truck drivers spend a lot of money at these facilities and deserve to be treated with respect.
