  TA Truck Service in Robertsdale delivered the worst service I’ve experienced in the trucking industry. I brought my trailer in for a simple trailer bushing replacement. Before they touched my trailer, I specifically asked if they had every part needed because downtime costs me money. They assured me they had everything. After disassembling my trailer, they discovered they had ordered the wrong part. Instead of verifying the correct parts beforehand, they left my trailer sitting in their shop while they waited for the replacement to arrive. Their incompetence completely shut down my business. This is a repair that can be completed in about three hours, yet because of their poor planning and lack of professionalism, they kept my trailer for more than 30 hours. There is absolutely no excuse for turning a simple repair into a day-and-a-half ordeal because they failed to order the correct parts. Their mistake cost me far more than repair time. It cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue, missed loads, wasted fuel, schedule disruptions, and unhappy customers. Every hour a truck or trailer sits because of a repair shop’s mistake is money taken directly from a driver’s pocket. What makes it even worse is that they never took responsibility for the damage they caused. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no respect for my time or my business. If you make your living with your truck or trailer, stay away from TA Truck Service in Robertsdale. Their incompetence, poor communication, and complete lack of preparation can turn a simple three-hour repair into a 30-plus-hour disaster that costs you thousands of dollars. I will never trust them with my equipment again.

  It a TA. Fuel island is under construction. So they don't offer cash advance yet. They have wait till the pumps are up n running for their system to be working.. But dinner is up n running and a few order joints also...
