Can't even check in to this place because you have to do it over phone. Phone rings and then you get put on hold. THEN someone answers but tell you to call back in 15 minutes. took me over an HOUR JUST TO CHECK IN! This place is a JOKE! Treats drivers like and couldn't care less if you check in or not. They have people in the office where you check out but they won't check you in unless you call, but you can't get through. If you try to explain that you already tried to call for the last hour they will tell you to go back to your truck and call again. They're using this stupid phone line to catch up when they get too busy so you can't even check in. you sit here for an hour trying to check in but they dont put that as your time in on the bills so we dont even get paid. Garbage cooler with garbage policies.
