There was one guy before me for the mechanics. He was for a tire rotation and they were finishing off a PM oil change. I was also waiting for a PM oil change. They told me there is a shift change so I will have to wait 2/4 hours. Went to see what's going on after 2 and 4 hours, both times they told me to wait some more. After 5 and half hours this *** tells me they are not going to do it today. 5 and a half hours WASTED! Never stopping here again!

Don't come here if you are in a rush. A simple tire replacement will cost hours, after you backed into the door. They asked me what is wrong with the tire, after they took it off. Isn't that their expertise? I'm always amazed by tha fact that if there is a fixed price for replacing a tire in the shoulder of a highway, they are in and out in 20 minutes.When you are at their shop, where they also charge an hourly fee, it always takes hours. How is that possible? It's not because of excellent service.
