Don't come here. they don't have half of what they need to even do a PM and they won't tell you until they have had your truck in the actual bay for over two hours. Why would you even start a job you don't have the parts for???? I sat in that truck the entire time and when they were almost done, this little twit came up to me, told me they didn't have what they needed to do the job (but he had already drained my oil!!!!!) and tells me I need to get out of my truck and leave, I can't be there. You didn't think to say something at any point during the TWO HOURS I was sitting there??? 😐 The truck did not get reset so it doesn't know it's had an oil change. And OF COURSE they left a bunch of greasy hand prints all over the hood. Don't come here. Not for anything.
