Carlos and crew were outstanding! I had a flat trailer tire and limped in during the evening. No parking left! I was about to go to the rest stop and do Road service but Carlos sets aside 4 spots for late coming shop customers so we don't have to worry about losing a spot or having nowhere to park. He was one of the most friendly, down to earth and helpful shop techs I've ever encountered. And on top of it all, they had me done in about 2 hours from the time I checked in. Very happy here!
