This is the worst place I’ve visited in the entire country to get an oil change for my truck: six hours waiting to get in and two hours for the actual oil change, while the mechanics just stood around the A/C and wandered the shop without doing any work.

I called this shop and this Dena lady left me on hold for over 5 minutes I guess that was a sign not to go to this shop didn’t even get to really talk to no one she just told me to hold on. after 5minutes I just hung up
